• Member must be 18 years and above.
• Member must comply with all applicable domestic and international laws.
• User who collects information from the traveler or the requester is the one collecting the information (NOT WIRESHIPS).
• No other 3rd parties is operating with WIRESHIPS or will contact users on behalf of WIRESHIP. User posting on the website must be aware of the terms and conditions prior your post submission.
• Non-delivery or damaged delivery of an item. In case the item is not delivered; or delivered item is damaged; or item is delivered but not really as described by the buyer or simple the wrong item. WireShipOnline dismiss all responsibilities for non-delivery or damaged delivery.
• It is the transporter’s responsibility to find out about prohibited and restricted items before finalizing the arrangement with the requestor to avoid any custom or charges at the final destination.

  • type of medication or herbal products and narcotic drugs
  • tobacco and tobacco-related items
  • sexual/adult items (e.g. pornography)
  • live animals
  • Weapons and materials or chemical that can be used to produce them
  • organic food or processed, animal and vegetable products

Import taxes

In some cases transported items might require to pay tax at the arrival so it will be the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with all customs and border control laws. These include import laws, tax rates and duty free allowances.
