Any member that want to make a request of desired product or items to be purchased from a certain location to deliver where he/she lives.
Any member who is traveling from one location to another.
Anything as long as you comply with law in the origin and destination countries. Also there are other factors that may be considered before any process start like cost of requested item, weight or size of requested items. Check examples of what traveler can deliver : Medicine, Watch , Laptop, Food, Make up, Shoes, TV, including large items …all depends on what the traveler can carry and what requester need to ship.
Traveler can ask for a tip plus cost of item, a free pick-up from airport and drop off to hotel/apartment, drinks later or city tour. Also traveler can just do something nice without asking for anything in return.
Yes there a feedback section which you can find on profile feedback and user rating which start from low "1" star to high "5" star.
In case of request cancellation when item was already purchased then requester should still refund. Traveler can ask also for upfront payment before delivery to avoid this kind of issue. As long as both members trust each other.
All members are notified automatically by mail every time a trip or request is posted.
The requester or traveler can propose payment facilities which can be Paypal, wire transfer, cash on delivery or any other sort or possible payment facility that can work for both.
Both the traveler and the requester will have to agree on how to sort the problem. We advise both parties to take a picture before and after item is delivery to avoid any finger pointing. In case missing item have nothing to do with traveler, we still advice traveler to facilitate, do follow up and retrieve missing E.g. Airlines
Wireships encourage members to ask travelers/requester more details if necessary photo of air ticket. Also a member can verify whether the registered member exist on social media E.g. Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn to ensure users exist and alive.
Wireship is only responsible for helping you find a suitable match in merging travelers and requesters. We encourage requesters and travelers to sort out the details of final transport during negotiations.
At Wireship we encourage our requesters and travelers to hash out the details of their arrangements. However, it is more advisable that in this case the traveler foots the bill of the purchase and is reimbursed with a commission upon its delivery. This is to avoid cases of fraud.
No luggage limit is specified by Wireship. We however encourage requesters to request items that can easily be added to the Travelers luggage in order to ensure its speedy delivery.
Yes, Wireships operates in such a way that incoming travelers are made aware of the urgency of your transport. We will also ensure that you are paired with travelers who are compatible with the timeframe that you are working with.
No, the scope of operations of Wireship is too large to have physical presence in every city. However, should any legal need arise which may require our cooperation you can contact us and we’d be happy to help.
Yes, As long as items/products was purchased by travelers from authorized seller or official shops. So travelers will not tamper with any package which is sealed this is included in the terms and is strictly emphasized.
